I've got plenty of time on my hands these days :) Maybe because I'm procastinating a list of things that "must" get done.

Today I decided to play with the film camera while the digital was charging the battery. I grabbed a roll of film (must be a bit old) from the fridge and started loading it on the camera.

I couldn't help to have a burst of laughter when Fernanda approached me and asked with a tone of surprise:

"What's that????"
Me - "It's film honey"
Fer - "What is it for?"

It's just amazing how in a generation technology has developed so so fast. For her, digital photography is the only one she knows!!! She takes pausing live TV for granted, surfs the internet, prints her docs....

Can you imagine what technology be like for her kids!?!?!

Irn-Bru, if....

I recently was chatting with a friend about the famous Irn-Bru. What I forgot to mention is that no only it tastes good (many recomend it as the scottish cure for a hangover), but that the TV adverts are also quite good. Here's the last one...

It's been really long days working here in Newport. Our weekend rest was pretty much reduced to Sunday :( We had a walk downtown Newport and we saw a "beach" volleyball match going on; of course I had to stop and take some photos. Just for the sake of art, of course :)

Finally got the patience to sit down and finish processing the photos from the gig at The Ark last Friday. I cannot say it was great music, but I can say it was REALLY LOUD music. It was so loud you can barely understand what they were singing. Oh well...

Getting ready for the next few weeks. One week in San Diego, coming back to Edinburgh for a week and then two weeks of work in Florida. Let's see how the body copes.

Frozen Grand Central

It's been a relaxing quiet day. I took the day off work, so after dropping the girls at school/nursery we went for breakfast to our favourite place (South Queensferry). I took only a few photos as the weather was awful. We picked up the girls around noon and went home for lunch, then we did some shopping and went for some golf practice in the driving range (Fernanda is doing quite well!).

I've just been chilling, surfing the web and I found this video. I know they did the same thing here in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago, but doing it on Grand Central looks just awesome.
